Freshly laid turf takes about two weeks to grow shallow roots and up to six weeks to establish deep root growth. It is best to wait for about four weeks before walking on the new turf. This will give the roots ample time to knit into the soil below.
Alternatively, we can install synthetic turf to create a lush green space in those areas where turf traditionally struggles to grow.
